Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. This helps us cover the cost of our time and resources. Any course cancelled within 24 hours will require 100% of your appointment fee before you can book in again. No Show Policy: We value your time and ours. If you miss your course without letting us know, your appointment fee is required to be paid in full before you can book in again. Late Policy: We understand that sometimes things happen and you may be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment. This helps us stay on schedule and provide the best service possible to all of our clients. Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash only in person. If you are unable to pay at the time of service, your course will not be performed. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to apps with at least 48 hrs notice. Refund Policy: No refunds of full or partial payment available however, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to make it right. Client requirements: No under 16's. If you are under 18 and above 16, parental consent is required.
